Who needs a return policy when you’re roasting the best coffee beans in town, right? Let’s face it, our coffee tastes like liquid gold! And just as a reminder, our coffee beans are roasted right when you order them (we believe in the freshness fairy, y’know), and since taste is as unique as a unicorn, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on our coffee products.
Woohoo! 🎉 Did you hear that? Free shipping is doing a happy dance for all orders above $75 (sorry, it’s only dancing within the contiguous United States for now).
Just like coffee, we know decisions can be tough – Espresso or Latte? Whole beans or Ground? Damages need to be notified within 24hrs of delivery. Please provide a brief explanation of the issue, damaged product & packaging pictures can be uploaded above, so we can submit any claims to our logistic partners. Please email us at email@example.com

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
